culture of haves and have-nots. directors and above are spoiled with company cars, bonuses, and other perks while others are told that times are tough. compensation for regular employees is lackluster and advancement opportunities are often slim. warring factions and politics dominate many aspects of the business and senior leadership can't control it effectively. still a 'good ol' boys club' and how well you do depends mostly on kissing up, toeing the line, and not rocking the boat with new ideas or suggestions. not much diversity, gender or otherwise. technology is OK, but nothing earth-shattering, mostly derivative work that is branded as "innovation"
