The company’s processes and policies are well thought out and very organized, which made onboarding smooth and stress-free. I felt confident jumping right in because everything I needed to succeed was already in place. The team is collaborative, the expectations are clear, and it’s easy to find help whenever you need it.

The main challenges I experienced were keeping up with the fast-paced communication and managing busier workloads during peak times. All processes are very detailed, which is helpful for consistency but can take a little time to fully absorb.
