The owners of the company, the CEO, the executive director, and all other management truly value a healthy work-life balance, and management is supportive, approachable, and open to employee feedback and ideas. There are clear opportunities for professional growth and advancement, which makes it easy to feel motivated and valued. I also feel that my role has a meaningful impact on the company's overall success, which makes the work especially rewarding.

Meaningful work with patients, supported by supervisors who genuinely care about both patient outcomes and the well-being of their employees. We work alongside a diverse team of staff who collaborate to problem solve and encourage a positive, engaging, and supportive environment. Working in an outpatient setting that promotes a positive environment has helped me feel supported on more challenging days and has given me a deeper appreciation for this field, specifically in an outpatient setting.

Balancing clinical responsibilities with documentation can be challenging, but through weekly supervision and support in case conferences, I’ve been able to strengthen my time management skills while feeling supported by a team I can rely on.
