Gratifying work as management always looking for ways to help students and kids in the community. Always something different to work on which keeps the work very exciting.

None that I can think of

The pay was pretty good ($25/hr) if you don't consider how much they actually charge the clients. The clients were great, maybe a little pushy sometimes. Teaching the classes was a lot of fun. Curriculum was easy to learn and company was nice to you.

I got tons of customer referrals, and both I and the new clients were supposed to be compensated for that, but it never happened or I had to remind someone 3 or 4 times. Boss was hard to get a hold of a lot of times. Communication was almost zero between employees and management so you were on your own most of the time.
