Trust, honesty and integrity! Three words I would use to describe the current management team in the business. Praise, value and compassion are three words used frequently when talking about staff. Negative reviews are so disappointing and very obviously from people who do not see or do not bother to see the real value of being an employee of VPS. Some may feel disgruntled because changes have been made which have made it a better place to work, in my opinion. Changes which are long overdue and are taking the business to a better place, still with great products, but also with an engaged current workforce, who look forward to coming into work, and prepared to do a really good job for the benefit of us all. I am excited by the future with the business, to grow the amazing products we produce, and to grow us as individuals and a team.

The only cons are those who do not want the business to succeed and those who do not embrace the great leadership team that is now in place - individuals who genuinely have respect for us as staff and as people.
