      1. Many world-famous brands, leaders in their industries 2. Strong factories and supply chain 3. Leading product design concept and product quality control 4. Old brands (Manfrotto/Gitzo/Lowepro) have very many users and good reputation in mainland China 5. Excellent e-commerce and large dealer network 6. Very professional and efficient team of managers 7. Professional sales team focusing on photography accessories and equipment industry 8. Good employee care There are many other advantages of the Chinese company, so I won't cite them one by one, but the important thing is that these points are all past tense

      The new Manager Director and the new Sales Director Of the advantages mentioned above, only 1 and 2 remain, the rest are gone because of the "new leaders". They tried to build a new kingdom according to their own wishes, replacing a large number of professional and experienced employees, shuffling the marketing network and completely disrespecting the company's rules and the distributors they had worked with for years. They called it "reform", but it was "self-destructive" in terms of sales figures and market share. For this reason, they found all kinds of excuses, such as the epidemic, to cover up their incompetence and misconduct.

I was pleased to see the positive points you mentioned about your experience at Videndum, yet disappointed to read your comments about the situation in China. The macroeconomic uncertainties over the past few years, specifically the pandemic in China, have forced all companies to implement changes to adapt to the difficult market conditions.       Nice people that work there for the most part

      This place is a joke- sinking ship that has no idea how to right it. Company losing market share and 4% revenue yoy since 2021. Leadership leaving at all levels, pay is honestly at or below poverty level at this point and micromanagement is off the rails because targets are not being met. On the verge of another huge layoff stateside.
