No cons really that I can think of

My team is competent and very collaborative and smart

Long hours (60+) Incompetent Management (TMP, Product, Engineering leadership) - like actually incompetent. And then the leadership that has any competence has no backbone to refute the incompetent leadership LIES. the upper management lies. They say the result of X was AI but it was actually the hard work of the employees. What kind of management would just give credit to AI and not employees when the company doesnt even really use AI?
