It’s clear they’re invested in the employee experience and in building a culture that aligns with our values. Communication is a standout. There’s some form of company-wide transparency every single week—from weekly standups focused on wins and progress against priorities, to monthly all-hands and AMAs, and a monthly video update from the CEO sharing business updates and what’s ahead. It helps you feel connected to what’s happening and why.
