If you stay strong and do not respond immediately, it gets escalated over your head and you get reprimanded for not being more responsive. -Major lack of focus on what the company wants to be when it grows up - hardware? software? cloud? sell through channel distribution? sell direct? It makes it impossible to hit sales goals when you don't know what you are selling. - High turnover rate in all departments, including executives.
