Working here i just found cons nothing else - Lowest salary offer you could get. As salary is low they won't provide you PF facility which is misleading. - don't even have HR, no management, no salary slips. - work life balance is non existent, hectic environment, workplace for IT team is like a garbage dump. - working hours are 11+ & no compensation. Dont even have leave policy, Sundays are working too. Hardly one to two PH per year. - salary is delayed every month. They deduct salary with no reason without any consent - ill minded & cruel managers - owners only care about their business/money and nothing else. They don't care how much employee is suffering. - for freshers one year bond + 3 months notice - even the clients says that we made a big mistake taking deal with Vieva intech. - the list goes on and on and on If possible then please talk to ex employee before accepting offer from this trash company. None ex worker will say single good thing about it. Be patient and look for other opportunities, Good luck 👍
