The people can be amazing, the small company atmosphere is very prevalent and the hours / flexibility can be very nice for some employees.

President / CEO / Founder uses the company as his bankroll and while they struggle to survive and can't pay employees what they deserve he can afford to travel Europe promoting his ideas that have never made money. He managed multiple million dollar projects that literally produced nothing. They hire people to do his bidding and implement his ideas never produce anything then fires large numbers of people at a time.

ViewPlus is a great place to work to start your career. The work environment was flexible and you really got to feel the family spirit. It was a pleasure working toward a cause that truly made a difference in people's lives.

I would say that biggest challenges of working here include limited growth opportunity.
