CHANGES CHANGES CHANGES This company creates changes for no reason. Things will be going well and moving forward and then they make a change. People get upset, sales are affected and they turn around and blame sales for "not asking for the sale enough". If you're in the inner circle, you will know it. Everything will go your way and you will feel in a really good place. For everyone else, it's another sales job. It's stairs and railing, over-priced according to the market and you have to sell the quality of the company... even when the quality is not there.
