Vantaggi

The people are generally very nice to your face but do not be fooled! I worked at viewpoint for about 8 months and It was a new and very different work environment from what I was used to. The pay was decent but working as an agent and making 12 to 15 dollars per hour wasn't ideal for any serious cash and it wasn't worth the hassle.

Svantaggi

The supervisors were very hypocritical. They promoted this atmosphere of openness but at the same time would condemn anyone who dared ask a question and at times they would just dismiss the agents as lowly workers even going as far as placing blame on the agents based on lies to make themselves look better to upper management. This happened to me and many other agents more times than I could count. When we spoke up it was seen as " questioning" authority. Management promotes an " open door" policy that is basically a facade....... APPLY FOR A JOB HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AUTHORITATIVE DEEMING WORK ATMOSPHERE!!

Vantaggi

Free snacks and coffee TV in the break room If granted, you can choose your own hours Great work-ethic and guidance by supervisors and TL's

Svantaggi

The company itself appears to have no direction. Too much of an agent's time is spent logging maintenance requests and answering calls from section 8 tenants than it is actively monitoring the quirky and outdated equipment on the properties they serve. Agents are paid barely above minimum wage to do 3 or more tasks at once, under high stress and scrutiny. The company pretends to compensate for this in bonus payouts, based on performance reviews, but this acts more of a reward system for the employees they want to retain. More often than not, their systems go down, a camera glitches, or, as in one case, the phones go down and employees are told to call in maintenance requests on their personal phones. The CEO Brad is uncomfortable around employees and presents no leadership qualities, and this toxicity carries down through the rest of the upper management. Employees are not trusted and are actively monitored around the building, and supervisors are given access to this in ways that allow them to humiliate other employees. Overall, this is not a company that is growing -- it is barely staying alive, and it shows.
