They allow remote work. Good communication amongst team members. Flexibility in letting artists make their own decisions and do their "own thing", while still providing creative direction and feedback.

As with all purely remote work, there's not much opportunity to socialize and get to know other team members.

There is a unique culture and camaraderie at Viewstream that is well suited for the Bay Area.

It can get very busy, but that can be said for any digital agency. Just need to be accustomed to fast paced work environments and stay organized.
