I unfortunately had a negative experience working with this company. I found the leadership to be unapproachable and difficult to work with, which created a challenging and unhealthy work environment. The senior leadership exhibited behaviors that were not conducive to a positive or supportive workplace culture. It’s important for organizations to foster a respectful and collaborative atmosphere, and I feel that this was lacking during my time there.
