      It has a close-knit small company atmosphere with lots of opportunities to grow and learn about their technology with big company benefits as they are a division of Sanmina Corporation.

      There is a lack of personal growth and formal training, most training was on your own. Base compensation does not appear to meet job function. Yearly bonus payout offered at hire was never fully paid during entire tenure with the company.

      Insurance, 401k choices and time off policies are very good. Nice people, building and location. Average salary for new hires.

      VPs on up to the top are a Boy's Club full of incompetents, insecure micro managers and workaholics. Revenues are shrinking while the best and smartest people get frustrated and move on ($160MM a few years ago now it's about 90 ). Layoffs or corporate parent (Sanmina) closing Viking are in everyones thoughts and its getting worse.
