Vantaggi
Leaving will feel like freedom.
Svantaggi
Extremely stressful, not rewarding. Bottom line is the only thing owners care about. The environment felt fake, as if everyone was pretending the company had direction when in reality it was barely staying afloat. Every meeting turned into a blame game, and the lies were so frequent. The discrimination was not even subtle. If you were outspoken, female, or simply refused to tolerate nonsense, you instantly became a target. Promotions were handed to favorites, while hardworking people were ignored or pushed out. It was awful watching talented employees leave one after another because upper management cared more about control than fairness. The daily atmosphere was terrible, tension filled every corner of the office, and conversations were often whispered in fear of offending the wrong person. The leadership operated like a little circle of power-hungry individuals who believed their own lies and enjoyed watching other struggle. The stress was brutal, and mental exhaustion became part of the routine. By the time I decided to leave, I was emotionally drained but strangely relieved. It was the kind of place that teaches you exactly what not to tolerate in a workplace. Leaving felt like stepping out of something evil and toxic disguised as a career opportunity. Honestly, it's ridiculous that this place still manages to function at all.
