Positive workplace environment, mission oriented, lots of support for professional development.

As with most tenure-track positions, work-life balance is challenging. The salary is competitive only if you manage to get the 3 months of summer salary from external grants which unfortunately exacerbates the worklife balance issue.

Generous PTO and paid holidays. Mission driven organization.
