It was a good job to pay the bills till something better came across. Started in the field and when the rain season started moved indoors. Pay was not the best but I met my responsibilities.

Moving into an office position created a rift with field supers which eventually resulted in my termination.

Depending on your department, there is a high turn over rate in customer facing roles. A HIGH turn over rate.
Completely underpaid and undervalued as well across the board unless you a Director or higher. 6 holidays off a year, 4 of those days being at the very end of the year.
