A bunch of people put into made up positions who would otherwise be out. Those people don’t know what they are doing and make it miserable trying to say they hold others accountable. While not holding themselves accountable. Departments under wrong managers. Giving privileges and protecting people who don’t do their jobs. Also pay disparities between service departments. People who actually know and have the experience are paid less. While people with no experience is hired for higher amounts.
