The people I work with for the most part are very cool

Depending on your department, there is a high turn over rate in customer facing roles. A HIGH turn over rate. Completely underpaid and undervalued as well across the board unless you a Director or higher. 6 holidays off a year, 4 of those days being at the very end of the year.
