good workplace - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Vindhya e-Info Media

The timing was good it was a fixed shift and the location was within the city. It's decent for a fresher who needs to start their career in BPO.

I worked as a business development at Vindhya. The management were cancelling all our teams leaves we were forced to work overtime and without any leaves. We were working 10 days continous without any proper compensations and extra pay for working extra.

I have joined the company on 6th October 2025. I am under training. So far it has been good learning.
