Vantaggi
None, their brands are what drew me to them but this company and it's appalling directors is the reason they have one of the highest stuff turnovers in the country. My journey to joining them was full of red flags I chose to ignore and silly me for doing so. Not only does this company not have any standards of professionalism, they do not reward their employees who have been loyal to them for years. Watch how they treat their staff and handle situations day in and day out was one of the most shocking experiences in my life. Their directors, mainly, Jamie Vindis and Jack Lankaster-Bell are two of the most disgraceful managers/directors I have ever worked for. They accept not responsibility for their shortcomings and push all the blame onto Managers who have worked with Vindis for decades. Their failures, mainly JLB's can be seen the amount of dealerships they have opened in closed since being in their positions. (For those wondering, they close more dealers than they open) Myself being one of 4 former employees who are either taking or have taken legal action against Vindis in the 2 years I worked there. I would strongly advise seeking a career elsewhere because time invested in Vindis will only result in disappointment and frustration you can live without.

Too many to list. Working at Vindis you can expect to be underappreciated, bullied, mistreated, subject to verbal abuse, unfair treatment, harassment, discrimination and much more. When you evidence everything and put it forward to HR against one of their directors, they will make excuses to terminate your contract in order to try and protect their disgraceful way of business. Former employees taking legal action against Vindis is a normality if you look into it. Jamie Vindis, the glorified heir to a business he had no part in building but is doing a rather excellent job at destroying only cares about personal achievements and titles to help hide the fact the Vindis Group is a disgrace. Bribery and holding meetings at golf courses with all senior management to drill the message that their sites need to score and grade Vindis Group gracefully or else the managers will be held accountable for the poor scores the Company gets from its employees. I struggle to find one good thing about having worked at Vindis for 2 years and I am usually someone who can find the positive twist in a negative situation. For your mental health, I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs. You can and deserve better from an employer.
