      In my experience there was alot of favoritism. upper level was very judgmental, if you didn't "fit the brand", you didn't get promoted.

      - part time job with full time hours & zero benefits - zero training & development with no consideration for progressing a career with the company - retaliation in the workplace for reporting insubordination & being told I was the problem while my job is threatened - customer support doesn’t know how to do their jobs so you end up just giving the customer what they demand - Your input isn’t valued
