LOL.) 3. Due to CTO, Project Manager remains in complete ambiguity 4. The company is on the verge of shutting down due to various reasons. 5. No stability, process kills you and makes even a simple job, intensely complicated. 6. Operations are lead by a bunch of losers, who are not trained for this job and results in making the job difficult for PM's, Developers and QA's. 7. Employee Contract is a Joke. Even if they assure you incetives and salary hike on it, they have already planned the excuses to not give you the same. An illusionary ladder is created to keep the employee motivated, in which they constantly fail and results in employee frustration.
