This company has no managerial or financial structure. Everything is defective, from the financial sustainability and forecasts to the decision-making level. After the managers disappear, and you finally get a meeting, they can't decide between themselves how to proceed. They are not paying at the time salaries or not paying at all the partners. There is no internal sustainability strategy and from a logistic part of view waste is generated and resources are lost.
