Por ser consultoria, nosso trabalho se torna, de certa forma, multidisciplinar, já que a pessoa consultora, mesmo no papel de desenvolvimento de software, precisa desenvolver habilidades de soft skill. A empresa está iterando constantemente sobre como promover um ambiente mais empoderador para seus colaboradores, revisando processos atuais e melhorando-os, criando ou, em alguns casos, descartando aqueles que não se demonstrem efetivos.

O modelo de consultoria não é para todos, e tudo bem. Acredito que pessoas que busquem se desenvolver apenas tecnicamente, ou não que não desejam trabalhar de maneira multidisciplinar, possam não se encaixar totalmente neste formato.
