A busy work area, with break out space to relax and reflect on the day to day work load.

Senior Managers, tend to lock horns with regard to what is deemed a priority. Workloads can be stressful to handle at times, as there was always a last minute revision to stock being released. Engineering Manager difficult to approach, his way is the only way, does not respect supply chain staff.

Viper Innovations is a great company to work for - the primary feeling is of being an important part of a successful team, where everyone is valued and appreciated by the company. The owners, Max and Neil, are genuinely nice, approachable people and they, along with MD Edward, regularly show they have not only the business interests at heart but also that of their employees. I really enjoyed working in the Aberdeen office, with a great team there operating in the energy industry. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements were appreciated, as were the financial benefits and focus on social activities to shore up the team spirit.

No real negatives for me - I simply had a once in a lifetime opportunity to move into a role that more suited the technical side of my career aspirations.
