EGOTISTICAL MANIACS. HR does very little to curb this. - Lots of backstabbing and hearsay from grown men. - Very toxic place. - COO is over his head. Overpaid, inept and under qualified, sentiments shared by many. - Communication breakdown all over. This is the company's kryptonite. - Very low employee morale. Could do better than Fruit Friday to raise morale.
