Hard work for very little compensation - Recensione dipendente - Fitness Instructor presso Virgin Active

Receptionists are not allowed to sit down at all during their shifts no matter their health/pregnancy etc... The company doesn’t care about its employees giving very little benefits (if any). Responsibilities are shared among different staff and levels of staff (management often do the role of 3 different managers at the same time and push those responsibilities to the other staff). Very bad pay. I experienced a lot of favouritism etc... You never feel valued as an employee.
