Where do I start. Management pick favourites and try to force out those who they don’t like. Constant changing of goalposts and unachievable targets with no support or resources. Constantly undermined. Horrendous management culture where all the managers are in it for each other and you can’t turn to another manager for support as they will back up one another. ER/HR don’t want to know about employment bullying and harassment and won’t give you the time of day. Every month we’re reminded of redundancies and making teams more lean. Told if you’re not stressed you’re not doing enough work.
