This is not an inclusive, supportive business and the discrimination from a recent round of restructuring is still weighing on me. Earlier in the year we lost 8 colleagues to redundancy, 7 of whom were women. Of those women, 4 were mothers/mothers-to-be who were each A) recently pregnant B) nearing start of mat leave C) nearing end of mat leave D) recently returned from mat leave The numbers speak for themselves. I've observed the lack of boundaries for months now. Evenings, weekends, doesn't matter you're expected to be available no matter what. I've watched as people are treated with so little respect. Both internal colleagues and external suppliers have been chewed up and spit out - all in the name of cost savings or boosting profit in the face of "underperformance", no matter how unrealistic the original targets are. Now just waiting for the People team to reply with a generic "we want to work with you and find solutions together". Survey after survey, you've seen the people are not happy! I really hope I can get out soon.
