It’s absolutely crazy how this company changed since the merger. VM riding off the back of O2s reputation (literally told us that in training for VM sales) Changed all the systems prior to thorough testing. Moved VM customers over before the network was capable of holding the amount of custom. Redundancies are rife within the company, I’m not sure there will be many people left soon! Incompetent Retail Support (not all- you can tell when you get through to someone who has been there a while!) Customer service is absolutely abysmal, directing customers to store for things we cannot do. No way to escalate or feed this back! Closing stores left right and centre even though there are millions of vulnerable customers who will need the support- let’s face is customer service not based in the UK cannot understand all the accents of the UK. Cancelling all franchise agreements when they end and keeping barely any of the stores.
