Vantaggi
When Sam Cece was brought in as the new CEO, his first order of business was to re-evaluate everything from the top down, inside and out. And that's exactly what he did. A new executive team was put into place, various departments made additional key hires, quick and decisive product decisions were made, and we revamped our partners channel, all of which breathed new life into the company and rejuvenated the start-up spirit. The company maintains a positive and casual culture. Upper management is committed to being the best and it trickles downward. Mediocrity isn't tolerated, and everyone is expected to bring their A-game when they walk into the office. We hold each other accountable. Everyone is expected to row the ship, but people are also encouraged to re-charge their battery and take the time to be with and enjoy the family, and then come back to work stronger and more energetic. The executive team welcomes new ideas and thoughts from every person, from any position. Got a gripe? Speak up. Everyone is expected to wear their big boy or big girl pants to work. They don't have twenty people stacked side-by-side in collaborative work spaces (aka, the sardine effect). The building is setup to provide employees with an office space with four walls and a door, while still providing common areas for meetings or collaboration on an as needed basis.
Svantaggi
The building has incredible views and covered parking, but the location makes travel grueling. There's next to nothing around the office for quite a few miles to eat, so be prepared to brown bag it if you don't want to waste time and gas trying to find something for lunch. Competitive market. Tough competition. Not for the faint of heart.
