A lot of KPI’s to achieve, too many things to do . The system always not working

No support , unrealistic KPI’s, very high staff turnover, blaming you for everything . Treat with development plan if you not following what they say . Not objective appraisal.

In fast-paced client-driven environments, there can occasionally be periods of higher workload; however, we continuously review team capacity planning and project allocation to ensure fairness and sustainability.
