Overall, this job isn’t great, and I wouldn’t recommend it as a full-time position—especially not as your first job. The working environment feels cold and uninviting, as it’s set in a house rather than a proper office. The company culture is poor, with minimal engagement beyond shared meals (which is around 2 meals or so within 1.5 years as I recalled). Employees tend to feel isolated, and upper management rarely interacts with the team—if at all. No career opportunities, my boss is also lack of expertise
