Terrible, look anywhere else - Recensione dipendente - Virtual Assistant presso Virtual Latinos

Terrible experience, you have to pass some easy filters to be accepted within their "community" where you will see the job offers, and here is the thing, they suggest you send as many applications as you can so you get "higher chances" of getting an interview with a client, you have to send a different proposal for each application you do so just imagine that.. now if by any chance you proposal get selected that just means they will present your profile to the client but doesn't mean you will be interviewed, and now here is the thing, if you get selected in this step of the process you cannot be selected for any other application you migh have sent before, so this process with clients usually take from 2 weeks to a whole month and imagine you don't get hired by the client, you just lost a whole month and cannot be selected to another client even though you were not hired. I've been trying to get a job here for 4 months, totally worthless, just look somewhere else there are a lot of staffing companies like Virtual Latinos that will actually get you a job.
