Pro i would say time flexibility And get to know about works but not the right process of doing things

A lot staring from salary, 1 month salary gap like you will get january salary on march.. No work pipeline like while starting a game no discussions modelers make models animators do animation after all those done programmer gets to know about the project. Main thing in records its not a company its a training institute. And some more cons like no holidays, no work life balance, less people to work with only 6 persons working in the whole company.. And the head is a perfect liar lies in everything.. This company cum institute is for 19years, started from room under staircase, still after 19 years, room under staircase.. Dont be fooled with these fake posts online and remember everything is fake about this company
