Very flexible and WFH possible. Nice product in a very cool market of fashion technology. The teams are great people to work with, genuinely very fun and friendly.

Unfortunately the work climate has shifted too negatively. The CEO actively attacks and harasses especially the younger members. Pressures members about their contracts to leave them vulnerable, and overall lacks professional boundaries. It has become an incredibly exploitative and exhausting environment where the CEO values chat bots over the opinions and work of his team. It’s quite a shell of what it once was in terms of culture.

Lots to learn, great opportunities, great team members!

Nothing major as such, maybe just small workforce and we do a lot, but it's a good thing
