Sales teams tend to promise Earth, Moon and all that entails in the Universe in very short duration without consideration if it is technically feasible or practical. Customer can make absolutely ridiculous demands at times bordering total nonsense yet executive branch lacks any backbone to properly negotiate and speak up to customer to say this doesn't make any sense.
