Very Bad Experience - Recensione dipendente - Accounting Analyst presso Visa Inc.

The accounting team overall has a very poor culture. The onboarding process was extremely weak, with absolutely no resources provided. The team member assigned to train me was extremely rude, which made it difficult to ask questions without feeling judged. The onboarding videos were years old, and most of the content was no longer relevant due to changes in systems. The expectation was to immediately jump into work with no prior knowledge, while dealing with an angry manager who would yell and provide no support. I would definitely think twice before joining this team.
