They try to sell you on the company by name-dropping big investors. - They have a small group of favourites and that's all they care about. They don't actually understand how product management works. The CTO takes walks with the favourites to chat about how everyone else is doing. - These favourites are dragging the company down. You'll see them doing nothing all day, and the moment they feel threatened by someone competent, they'll go to the founders and push to get that person out. - It's a 6-day work week, and if you clock in even 5 minutes after 10 AM, they deduct half a day's salary. - The founders have so little real work to do that they personally monitor everyone's punch-in and punch-out times. - Take a sick day and you might get fired for "not showing enough hustle." Honest advice: don't do this to yourself. Another job will come along. Joining this place will be the biggest regret of your career.
