The company no longer has the same “spirit” it used to have. Of course, there are still long-time employees who try to preserve and maintain a sense of team spirit, but there have been so many changes in recent years—and not for the better—that the sense of unity, joy, and shared values has evaporated. I’ve lived through all these changes, and it really pained me to see how all those efforts, that growth, and that drive to move forward weren’t rewarded—and worse, weren’t even acknowledged—when the management changed.
