No pros at all, I thought it being a startup and completely remote would be good. But turned out to be very bad.

There are a lot of cons here
you have to start with meetings 8:30am for 2 hours
work on weekends as well the founder will keep texting you for work
criticism all the time no matter how good you perform
it gets very stressful and bad because the founder user harsh and foul language
listen to politics and everyday stories that are not relevant to work at all
salary credit is not on fixed dates
have to buy licensed products and wait for months to get reimbursed
