I feel like I'm able to touch each part of the business when I want. As a Web Developer, I'm always pushing myself to learn new things, Opternative truly fosters that. When I was working in the advertising and consulting space, I was always pigeonholed into one role. Here, I'm able to take ownership for the full stack of an application, frontend and backend. Coding and learning paramount here, and this has been THE best environment I have ever worked at. Beyond the great work environment, the people here treat each other very well, and our rapport is the best I've felt above all places I've worked. We work hard, but we also play hard. That seems a bit cliche, but it's truth.

From a development perspective, there is little to complain about. We're still learning and fine tuning some process issues, but hose things pale in comparison to what the team, and what I have been able to work on and accomplish here.
