High staff turnover is common, with employees leaving for better opportunities and those who stay facing sudden terminations under the guise of performance issues. Raising concerns or asking for flexibility can lead to punitive measures, effectively silencing important feedback. The company's leadership shows little interest in improving the toxic work environment, which has worsened since a management change in 2023.
