Relatively easy to obtain employment at lower level positions. Rapidly changing business so great way to develop soft skills related to adaptability and change.

Growth in terms of number of employees has somewhat stagnated recently, limiting opportunities for advancement at least relative to early years. By no means saying that there is not room for advancement, though.
