VSI has worked on hundreds of projects in the video game and entertainment industry. They run a very tight shop and employ a combination of in-house developers and overseas production studios. Management has the ability to attract high profile clients and well known IP, so it is always great being able to work on great product.

Due to the span of services, they typically have 10+ projects running concurrently, so it can be a bit overwhelming with high demands and often quick turn-around on projects.

There were some great people and talent working here.

Not a very nice place to work. The workplace is fairly hostile and the CEO has a bit of a temper problem. Turnover rate is very high for a reason. Pay is very low compared to the industry standard and you are not offered benefits. You are asked to work overtime which is not paid despite being an hourly contractor.
