Great Working Environment . people are friendly

that depends upon each and every individual employee

Great work/life balance. Good technology and a great social environment. The people are excellent and the offices are really nice. The technology is really good and interesting to work on.

By far the biggest problem is in the director level. Old, inflexible and long term people who resist change and make life hard for those who want to change. These people are also responsible for much of the political infighting. Too bad too because if they would stop fighting and stop caring only for themselves the company could really take off.
