-Nice colleagues -Good hours 7.5 per day (Mon to Fri) -Good variety of work -2 days per week work from home (must come in on Wednesdays)

-Understaffed -Training is unstructured -The experience level / super knowledge of staff is subpar -Metrics used for monitoring work are not accurate - many work items are not tracked, so it appears that some individuals are doing no work. This is not the case as the untracked areas are usually the most labour-intensive.

Great team culture where people can be themselves - not a typical office environment, lots of quirks and idiosyncrasies. Everyone collaborates and there's very little office politics or personal conflict. The focus is on providing members with the best retirement outcomes, and the best service.

Being a smallish organisation, there are sometimes only opportunities to step up if someone leaves - roles can't be created just because someone is great.
